I shed a ton, I’m moving in with a cat and getting ready to have a baby — and the Dyson V16 Piston Animal Submarine is here to support me through this hairy, likely sticky time.
This is a review of the wet and dry vacuum. We’ve already reviewed the exclusively dry version, the Dyson V16 Piston Animal. I will talk about the dry portion of the vacuum too, but focus more on the submarine aspect, the “wet.” As of now, the vacuum has a 4.1/5 rating, with over 900 customer reviews. The Piston comes with a dirt-illuminating laser, which Dyson introduced in 2021 with the V15 Detect Total Clean (read my review). The laser was an industry game-changer — it makes it so much easier to get a more thorough clean. I’m very pleased the Piston Animal has this trait.
